| SHIPPING
United States & Puerto Rico: Normal shipping within the United States is by US Media Mail. We are happy to ship by Priority US Mail or by UPS Ground if requested. Special rates will apply. The US domestic shipping charge is $1.50 for each book or DVD. For some larger hardcover books the charge is $2.50 for each book. International (incl. Canada & Mexico): Shipping to all other countries is by US First Class International Air Mail or US Flat Rate Priority Mail - whichever is less expensive. Insurance coverage is limited or not possible for certain countries. Rates vary from country to country and by weight. We will e-mail you our International shipping charges. A Handling Charge of US$3.75 will apply to all shipments, large or small, domestically and internationally. We will ship within 24 hours of receiving your completed order. Delivery time depends mostly on the performance of the US and Foreign Postal Service. |
